My professional practise has evolved out of my passage through life - both as a unique human being with my own story to tell and as a member of the human family.

During this time, I have lived and worked with many different people witnessing the awakening and understanding of aspects of themselves as they are given time, space and support to experience their inner lives through creative self expression. Their exploration both mirrors and enhances my own, as I recognise Universal themes, sadnesses and joys. My personal art and group facilitation work are totally interrelated; each informing and reflecting the other.

My background as a body worker and therapist inform my belief that mind and body are inseparable; one informing the other. My art work has provided a map of my psyche’s journey through the ongoing experience of womanhood in its many differing aspects. Expression of the Sacred and what feeds our Soul and Spirit, alongside a life long interest in natural healing, has consistently informed my praxis.

Since 2004 I have been working with Labyrinths which has reconnected me to the landscape in a nourishing and fascinating way. More recently I have returned to offering Intuitive Massage and Bodywork on a one to one basis, a kind of homecoming befitting the stage of life I now find myself at.
